From the perspective of kids who train with them, the Fast ForWord programs are computer games, with built-in motivators, including high-score tracking and amusing reward animations. Each exercise cross-trains several foundational cognitive skills that help kids become better learners.
Many exercises incorporate acoustically modified speech - patented technology that allows sounds to be stretched and emphasized in the lowest levels with progression to natural speech at the highest level.
